HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO REACH THEIR DESTINATIONS?
Our processing time is currently at 1-2 weeks. Keep in mind it can be longer depending on the order volume during peak wedding season times. We recommend you order your signs with plenty of time before your event.
Items are shipped through USPS. If your order is small and lightweight, it will be shipped First Class, which takes 2-6 business days for delivery. All other orders will ship Priority which takes 1-4 business days for delivery.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING?
If you need your item sooner than our standard lead time, we do offer a rush shipping option. Please reach out to us at email@example.com before placing your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship anywhere in the United States. We are not offering international shipping currently.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to us via email to make the necessary changes as soon as possible.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located right outside of Austin, Texas. If you would like to do a local pick up for your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a pick up date.
WHAT ABOUT THE DAMAGED ITEMS?
In the event that your item was received damaged, we will gladly replace it. This must be reported within 7 days of receiving your item and we require pictures of the damaged item before we approve the replacement. We recommend opening your package and inspecting your items as soon as they are delivered.
CAN I GET A REFUND, DO A RETURN, OR AN EXCHANGE FOR THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?
We do not offer returns of any kind unless the item was damaged in delivery. You are required to send photograph proof of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your item if you would like a replacement.
WHAT ABOUT THE LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?
In the event of your item being lost or stolen, you must contact USPS and file a claim. If you need help with this process, we will gladly help walk you through the claim process. Hardwood And Home LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES OF THE ORDERED ITEM?
If you would like to make any changes to your order, you must contact us immediately. We try our best to get orders out as soon as possible so sometimes changes will not be possible. If your order has shipped and you are wanting to make changes, you can pay to ship the order back to us and we can make those changes. You will also pay shipping back to you as well.
Our customer service is available Monday- Friday 9 am - 5pm. We try our best to answer all emails and questions within 2 business days but it can be longer depending on the needs during peak wedding season.
